ROARING BROOK ROAD
Roaring Brook Road is a dirt road in Lenox and Lee Massachusetts. Its one of the most Visited roads that the Outing Club visits. It consists of lots of great nature and beautiful views of Woods Pond and the Housatonic River. Half way down the road from Woods Pond there is water pipe that consists of good fresh and healthy water that people fill up their water jugs and bottles with. It also Connects to Gorge Trail leading up to Felton Pond and the newly paved road up to Felton Pond as well. It connects to the Roaring Brook Road Trail as well that goes by the Historic Tory Cave. If traveling on this road make sure you have a 4 wheel or all wheel drive car or truck as this road can gets rough in some spots. In the Fall time the fall foliage is absolutely beautiful. This road is also really great for Bike Riding and taking nice relaxing walks as vehicles rarely travel on this road. There is also parking at Woods Pond Foot Bridge in Lenox Dale, MA on Crystal Street right in front of Rail Road Tracks.
