CLUB TRIPS
OCTOBER MOUNTAIN FELTON POND BONFIRE HIKE- Meet at Woods Pond in Lenox Dale. From there the group will walk about a 1 ½ mile down Roaring Brook Road. Then students will hike up Gorge Trail which will lead us to Felton Pond. Once we get to the Pond, students will gather fire wood, and then the staff will start a bonfire. and we will roast hotdogs and marshmallows.
FARNHAM'S DAM- Students meet at the corner of Roaring Brook Road and New Lenox Road. From there students will be transported to a certain location. Once Students get to that certain location, they will walk up the side of East New Lenox Road until they make it to Farnham's Dam.
LENOX MOUNTAIN FIRE TOWER HIKE- Meet at Pleasant Valley Wild Life Sanctuary, from their students will be transported up to the trail site. Students will enjoy a great hike up to the Fire Tower with a great mountain view on the top.
Roaring Brook Road Dog Walk- Meet at Woods pond Foot Bridge in Lenox Dale with your dog. From Wood's Pond, students will walk Roaring Brook Road until we get to Shep's house. Students will also be looking at great nature along the way.

ROARING BROOK ROAD BIKING- Meet at woods Pond from their, students will ride the Back roads of Roaring Brook Road . Half way into the bike ride students will visit a famous cave called Tory Cave and learn about its History.
KENNEDY PARK WINTER DOG WALK- Meet in the West Mountain Road Kennedy Park Parking lot. Students will be allowed to bring their dogs as long as the dog friendly and gets along with all other dogs as well. Students will hike with their dogs from West Mountain Road Parking lot location up to the belvedere Overlook area.
OCTOBER MOUNTAIN TORY CAVE BONFIRE HIKE- Students will meet at the Trail Head on Roaring Brook Road. From their we will hike up to a spot in the woods where we will roast marshmallows and hot dogs over a bonfire. Students will also learn about and see Tory Cave.
HOUSATONIC RIVER TRIP- Meet at Decker's Boat Launching Pad on New Lenox Road. From their Students will Kayak or Canoe down the river to the Woods Pond Boat launching Pad.
