                                                                                                     NEW OUTING CLUB INFORMATION  
Every year when we have trips, we end up waiting 10 to 15 minutes after the starting time that the trip is suppose to take place because, students show up 10 to 15 minutes late. The more time we spend waiting for you the less time we have on a trip. So starting this year, we are asking students to please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before a trip takes place so we can leave the parking lot of each trip on time                                                                                                          
                                                                                                            OUTING CLUB RULES 
1. Respect everyone that attends a trip. 
2. The Same rules that are in the Code of Conduct also apply on all trips. 
3. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early before the trip take place. 
4. All students are required to pick up a permission slip for each trip and have it signed by a parent or guardian before you can attend an Outing Club trip. 
5. Ramming canoes and Kayaks in to each other  and splashing people is not allowed and will not be tolerated in the Outing Club.
6. The  Directors of the Outing Club are not responsible for any broken items owned by students brought on a trip. 
7. Electronics such as, IOPods, IPads, MP3 Players, CD Players, Camcorders, Lap Tops are not allowed on any Outing Club trip. If you need to bring a Cell Phone you may but it must be turned off and put away at all times and only be used for calling a parent for pick up.  
8. All students are required to wear a life vest on all river trips. Life vests are provided for everyone.
9. All students are required to wear a helmet on all biking trips. If you need to borrow a bike helmet, please let one of the three directions know. 
10. If you bring a dog on our dog walk hikes, your dog is required to be leashed at all times and friendly to all people and all other dogs on the trip. 
11.  people who are not experienced at canoeing will be placed with those who have experience 
12. A student must have parent permission in order to leave with another student.
